So, friends,
At last, we have come, we have arrived at the end of the year, today, is last day of the year, 31-12-2013- Tuesday, with the end of this day one more day and one more year will go into the history.
“Tomorrow, is the first blank page of a 365 page book. Write a good one.”― Brad Paisley
What a wonderful quotation which not only says goodbye to the passing year but at the same time welcomes to the new year.
The quotation has much more deeper meaning, the more you think about it, the more insight it gives you.
Just for a while,
Just for a moment,
Just for a second,
LET US ASSUME THAT LIFE IS JUST LIKE ‘BOOK’ OR ‘NOTE BOOK’,
The book had 365 pages and now it is finish….and now at the end of the year, you are analyzing, evaluating, reading, scrutinizing each page of the book. So,
  • 1.     You can see what you should write and what you should not write.
  • 2.     You can see which pages need to be deleted.
  • 3.     You can see which pages need to be re-write.
  • 4.     You can see which pages need to removed.
  • 5.     You can see which pages need to be hide from viewing of others.
I mean, just for a moment, think it and you will find some amazing answers from it,
How ?
1.     You can see what you should write and what you should not write.
There are many pages which you might have written while you were full with hate, full with anger, absolutely out of control,  these are the few pages you need not to or wish not to write in the new year’s book. Would like to ?
So, do some homework at the beginning of the year, would you like to write the pages written with hate, anger or fury? OR  You would like to write the pages written with love, empathy or compassion ? OR, would you like to write the pages combination of both, as the popular saying ‘Tit For Tat’.
2.You can see which pages need to be deleted.
There are many pages which you might have written which created hostility, which might have created enmity and still you are paying the prices of it, these are the few pages you need not to or wish not to write in the new year’s book. Would you like to?
So, do some homework at the beginning of the year, more and more pages you write in new year, which create more friendliness than hostility, so at the end of the year 2014, there are hardly any pages which you need to delete. Would you like to?
3.You can see which pages need to be re-write.
There are many pages which you have written in haste, in hurry, these are the pages which reflects that throughout the year, you have started many plans, many projects, in complete haste and hurry, and ultimate result, no success or limited success, so, these are the few pages which you need not to write in the new year but you would like to re- write it in new year, so, limited success can be converted into the full time success.
How many pages you have in your ‘Note book-2013’, which you need to re-write, I mean, how many plans and projects, you have started with big bang at the beginning of the year 2013 but awaiting to accomplish in near future?
4. You can see which pages need to removed.
There are many pages which you need to remove, and put it somewhere, at appropriate places like dustbin ! Yes, these are the few pages, which you have written but did not yield any result and on the contrarily it has become the big burden on notebook. So, ideal place for such a page is ‘Dust Bin’.
These are the pages which you have started at the beginning of the year with great anticipation of success but later on realized that, it is not worth to achieve. So, instead of wasting precious resources like energy and time, it is better not to opt for it, a wise move, indeed !
5. You can see which pages need to be hide from viewing of others.
There are many pages which you have written not only shameful for you but it is most awkward or shameful for your family, friends and all your known and unknown near and dear one.
These are the pages which involved in you in some anti-social activities, anti- ethical activities, anti-moral activities, which in the larger sense completely against the standard protocol of civil society. So, these are the pages which you need to hide from the past year book and would not like into new year book.
Confess to yourself only, how many pages are there in your ‘Note book 2013’ which you would like to hide from the society, and what is your action plan to not at all write any such a pages in the ‘Note Book 2014’?
“Tomorrow, is the first blank page of a 365 page book. Write a good one.”
― Brad Paisley
So, dear friends,
  • You are captain of your ship,
  •  You are sailor of your ship,
  • You are a driver of your vehicle,
  • You are a judge of your own verdict,
  • You are creator of your own life,
  • You are destructor of your own life,
When we are opening a first page of new book, which name is ‘ Note Book 2014’why we should not write good one?
If you are asked to write first page of your book, which name is ‘Note Book 2014’, what would you like to write in it? Why you would like to write it?
Comment is the one area where, you can write whatever, comes in your mind. No one is perfect, so, please help me to improvise my imperfection by your counter argument, pros or cons, whatever you have in your mind.
