The simple meaning of this idiom;

• There are many matters, accidents & event happens in our life; which at first sight or from primary observation seems unfortunate,painful, sad, unexpected,unwanted, unpleasant BUT after some time the same event, the same accident, the same matter turn out as a blessing instead of curse; it’s called as a BLESSING IN DISGUISE.
• Something good that isn’t recognized at first sight or primary observation; it’s called as a BLESSING IN DISGUISE.
• Something that at first seems bad or unfortunate,but later on turns out to be most beneficial,most fruitful event of our life;it’s called as a BLESSING IN DISGUISE.
• A misfortune or we may perceive as a misfortune that unexpectedly turns into good fortune or life changing or turning point of our life;it’s called as a BLESSING IN DISGUISE.
• Something that seems bad,terrible,unlucky or inauspicious at first,but later on results in something good,fruitful or most rewarding later on;it’s called as a BLESSING IN DISGUISE.
• We can say something is a BLESSING IN DISGUISE, if it appears to be bad at first, but it results in something very good in the end.

• There is no hard and fast rules; you can write anything you want to write; keeping the title of subject BLESSING IN DISGUISE in mind without having any constrain in mind about ANY SPECIFIC WORD LIMIT OR SPECIFIC SPACE LIMIT; you can write as much as you wish.
• But for those who need more guidance; these are the few topics or points upon which you can write.

UNEMPLOYMENT;During the time of unemployment of finding the job; you pursue some hobby or attended some classes or learned something and later on it opened vast world of unknown opportunities in front of you.

GETTING FIRED;Despite of your all the sincere efforts,commitments, dedication or hard-work you fired from your job and you find another most rewarding or dream job of your life, or started something small as your own business and now enjoying each and every moments of your life.

ILLNESS;During the time of small or major illness of yours or your near & dear one’s you found new meaning of life; spiritually,personally or professionally which entirely change your perception of life.

DUMPED BY YOUR EX;Despite of all your unconditional & unselfish love, enough caring & sharing, enough attentive towards that single person of life; with whom you have planned to spend your whole life and all of sudden; you are dumped by your EX(BOYFRIEND OR GIRLFRIEND) and you found someone more amazing and awesome and now; after sometime you realized that whatever happened was one of the most wonderful moment of your life.

CHANGE IN LIVING CONDITION;Your parents separated from each other and currently you are living as child of single parent and found new way of living your life.

CHANGE IN YOUR COMFORT ZONE;For further education you left your comfort zone and ventured in unknown territory; initially you were very reluctant to take the plunge but now you are enjoying each and every living moments of it.

DEATH OF YOUR FAMILY MEMBER, FRIEND OR YOUR FAVORITE PET;Initially, it was quiet hard to accept the realities but slowly and steadily you digested it and now you found some one who may not replace all the damage but at least it gives you some consolation.

MARITAL SEPARATION OR DIVORCE;Going through this situation of life or have gone through it and after entire experience it turn out as a one of the most relieving incident of your life.

You were absolutely in hurry and found closed off road and compulsory you had to take another route and found something amazing.

Unexpected delays of flights,bus or your usual mode of transportation delayed in it and due to it you found something absolutely amazing OR MISSED OPPORTUNITIES, SETBACKS-Which temporarily devastated you but in larger scheme of life turn out as a blessing of GOD.

“So, friends, now on wards, try noticing some of your inconveniences or dig down in your past or look back on old ones, see the things or matters from different perspective and you will truly understand the meaning of BLESSING IN DISGUISE”.

Yes, friends, this post, I have written for all of you; now, let us continue our on-going discussion;

In previous post; I discussed three points; now, from here, we will move little further;

MANAGING YOUR EMAIL-ID;

Yes, how you manage your email-id is also important issue; I don’t know anything about all of you; but; how I am managing my email-id that I will explain to all of you;

While creating my blog; I have created exclusive EMAIL-ID; just for the purpose of my blog only; where I just receives Emails related to my blog only;

The obvious benefits of it;

Whenever you log-in or Sign-in in your blog email-id; one thing is quiet sure that you will have all the mails related to your blog only; so, you don’t have to juggle up between your non-blogging and blogging mail.

As all of you know; we as a bloggers receive three to four types of mails;

•  Comments from new readers or first timers;
•  Comments from old readers;
•  Word press news and posts and prompts;
•  Reply of previous comments on someone’s blogs;
•  New posts from the blogs which you have subscribed;

Now: what I do: generally, Whenever I sign-in my email-id; once in a morning for half an hour to one hour; so, whenever; I log-in to my account;  I will have all five types of mails-; so, I have prioritize it in such a way;

• First of all; I approve the comment of my first time readers; because, for me it is most priority base task; once, I approve & moderate comments; I immediately reply that comment in my blog; while replying the comment my first sentence, invariably is: THANKS FOR YOUR VISIT, READING AND COMMENT ON MY BLOG; second, sentence, I write something good about that blogger or his/her blog and in third portion- I satisfy his/her query, question or confusion; after doing this, depending upon the time; I visit the blog of that blogger and comment on his/her about page or recent post and thank him/her regarding comment on my blog.

I don’t know how much time it takes, but, after completing this first task;,

• If I have more time, I read the new comments on my blog by my old readers and reply them in my blog; after completing this activity; I read the posts of the bloggers whose blogs I have subscribed; Generally; I receive ten posts in my Inbox everyday; here; also priority plays vital role, there are few bloggers like Stephanie, Yashika, Meloheart, Tony So, Katho, Shweta, Tabby, Celina, Donna, Shruti & many other bloggers; whose post; I always read on priority basis & comment on it; so my first session on my blog; I use in this manner;
• And remaining post and other posts from Word press I read on night; during my second session of Log-in; whenever, I have spare time of half an hour to one hour; so, with the help of this description;
• I would like to draw two specific conclusion; first; keep your blog email-id separate form your personal communication email-id it will save your half of the blogging time; second; while managing the email id try to follow above mention points so within minimum amount of time you can achieve maximum result.

Yes, if you are established blogger; having a mature age, years of experience in personal & professional life or in blogging life; find out one or two, teenager or young girls(women) fro your followers list and be mentor of them; first of all, slowly but very steadily; built up relationship with them; win their trust, and initially help them in their blogging life and when you feel that your relationship is solid enough; take keen interest in their educational life and grow and nurture their talent, be their “friend, philosopher cum guide”

During last month, I visited various blogs, and commented on many blogs, after going through various blogs, I observed few common mistakes most of the bloggers are doing.

 

some of them are worth to mention;

 

• NO VISIBILITY OF FOLLOW BLOG BUTTON; 

This is one of the most serious mistake; I have found on many blogger’s blog; there is no widget about “follow my blog”; 

Yes, it is very true, during my visit, I came across many many good blogs and some of them are too good; but, there were no “Follow blog” widgets;

No doubt, without that widget; there are many ways to subscribe the blog but believe me friends it is too laborious process to enter your email id and enter your URL and than you subscribe for the blog;

 

If you are one of them;

This is my solid suggestion to immediately install that widget and not only that; place it on most strategic location of your blog ;from where it can be visible; and do not forget to check mark the no. of followers button; 

During last month, I just placed the widget on top of my footer and check mark the no. of followers and; my followers increased up to great extent;

 

The logic behind this;

When it is placed at very convenient place, where without searching it too much; people can find it easily; immediately they will subscribe to your blog and by adding the no. of followers, people can easily find that this blog is followed by many bloggers and it creates some psychological effect on their mind and they will immediately start to follow your blog.

 

• LESS RESPONSIVE TO THEIR COMMENTATOR;

 

Second biggest mistake I found;

Many bloggers are very very less responsive to their commentators, many a times, I experienced; 

All the way, I have gone through someone’s blog, read their post; commented on it, and what I have found; sometimes my comment were waiting for moderation for two days.

Now, Imagine the scenario; in your blog’s “About” page out of 500 words written description you have written in very very sweet and flatter language about

• How much you like to meet new friend;
• How much you like to talk to new people;
• How much you are friendly and interested to meet new people; 

And someone all the way, came with good faith, to built up good relationship with you, to be your friend and waited for two days for moderation of his/her comment.

• Don’t you feel you are neglected? 
• Don’t you feel it’s a kind of carelessness from the blogger’s end?; 

If you are one of them and doing the same mistake; I am asking you……………

 

• IS IT YOUR way to connect with like minded people? 
• Is it the way you treat someone who came to meet you all the way? 
• Is it the way you want to be friend with someone?

 

Honestly speaking; 
Many a times, I surprised and shocked with your way of treatment, way of presenting yourself to out world people.

If you are one of them my simple word of advice to you;

 

• Either change the writing of your “ABOUT” page;

OR

• Change the behaviors to treat your commentators;

 

CHOICE IS YOURS…………...

 

• MANY OF THE BLOGGERS ARE TOO MUCH OBSESSES WITH THEIR THEMES AND WIDGETS; 

Friends;

 

REMEMBER…….

 

Your readers are visiting your blog for reading your post, creative content, thought-provoking ideas, useful information, gaining some knowledge, exchanging some ideas, making new friends etc.

 

Not to see your theme;

Yes, when some one visit your blog for the first time they will notice it; pay a little bit attention on it, and entire process takes only few minutes; once after observing your theme; they will  immediately go to read your post…..

 

So, my friendly word of advice;

Instead of wasting too much time on changing the themes and setting widgets.

Please pay more and more attention on creating qualitative post, thought-provoking ideas, mind-boggling points, which compel them to visit more often on your blog;

Do you know how many times have I changed my theme in one year????

Only twice in the year; 

And I am quiet comfortable with my present selection of theme (BOOK LITE) theme, 

Because, for me this is most suitable theme; 

WHY?

1. My readers base range from teenagers to elder age person; so, this theme offers me big and bold font; which is quiet reader-friendly; 
2. Second thing; all the widgets are on footer only so, it hardly distract the mind of readers, 
3. And third, I heavily relied upon my writing skill only, so, I don’t want to distract my readers attention on any other issues of theme like side widgets; So, all the widgets on footer are quiet comfortable for me.

So, instead of theme; pay as much attention on content as much possible…..

BECAUSE;

Your readers are not interested to know yesterday what you had on your lunch;

Or with whom you had  your lunch;

1 image of your lunch dish…………

1 image of restaurant……….. 

200 words written description…..

 

Is it your definition of your “quality post”?

 

Is it your definition of creative post, mind-boggling ideas?????????

 

If you are one of them and doing the same mistake………………

 

My friendly advice to you……………..

 

Please;

 

• Change the setting of your blog and instead of public change it to you “private’ setting;So, pity soul like me never by intention or unknowingly stumbled upon your blog;

OR

 

• Improvise the standard of your post….
